Schedule online payments can be processed:
- Instantly
- Scheduled in advance for either a one-time payment OR
- Scheduled as a recurring payment:
- Weekly

Schedule Bi-Weekly Online Payments
The following steps will guide you through using the new Bi-Weekly Online Payment Option:
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Tenants
- Right-click on a tenant and select Online Payments
- Under Recurring Transactions
- Check the box next to Recurring Transactions Enabled
- Use the dropdown to choose the Account
- Enter the Bi-Weekly payment amount
- Indicate the Start Date
- Use the dropdown to select the Frequency (from Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly)
- The Interval Day will default to match the Start Date
- Click on Save Changes
