Property management software company, Rentec Direct, recognized with three awards in national American Business Awards® program.

GRANTS PASS, ORE. –Rentec Direct was named the winner of three Stevie® Awards in The 18th Annual American Business Awards® yesterday. The highest-rated property management software company was honored with a Silver Stevie® Award in the Small Real Estate Company of the Year category; a Silver Stevie® Award in the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year category; and a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category. The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Rentec Direct was nominated for three award categories in the real estate industry.
Rentec Direct was recognized with the following awards in the 2020 American Business Awards® because of the high average scores they received from the judges:
Silver Stevie® Award: Small Real Estate Company of the Year
Judges highlighted Rentec Direct’s innovative services, user-friendly features and functionality, impressive customer service, and commendable growth numbers. One comment read, “the company clearly demonstrates growth achievements and shows a team dedicated to excellence.”
Silver Stevie® Award: Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year
Judges recognized Nathan Miller for Rentec Direct’s organic growth and contributions to society. The judging panel was particularly impressed with Rentec Direct’s annual Tech Mastery scholarship program. One judge said, “Nathan’s work speaks for itself. He has grown his business with continual product innovation and helped his community at the same time.”
Bronze Stevie® Award: Customer Service Department of the Year
Rentec Direct’s customer service team was recognized for its work in driving customer service improvements through translating client feedback and requests into continuous improvements and updates to the company’s software platform. Judges also highlighted the company’s dedication to providing free, educational content to the real estate industry. One comment described Rentec Direct as “a forward thinking, market leading business with customer service at the forefront of its ethos.”
