This may go un-noticed for most; however, we’ve made an important change to how the system processes outgoing email.  All outgoing email from the system is now tagged with a “return path” with your own email address (previous it was one of ours).  This means, when you send an email out, if for any reason that email cannot be delivered to the recipient it will bounce directly back to your mailbox with the reason.

This update accomplishes a number of benefits:

  • You now are directly notified if any outgoing email to your owners or tenants fails delivery.
  • This update facilitates some upcoming features which including the new messaging center which will let you send out a bulk email or bulk sms to all your tenants/owners with just a couple clicks.
