Do I need Rentec Pro or Rentec PM?
If you are a landlord or investor and you self-manage your properties, Rentec Pro is the right solution for you. Rentec PM is designed for someone managing properties they do not own.
Rentec Pro works well for single-family and multi-family properties and is ideal for people with 1-5000 doors in their portfolio.
There are just a couple of exceptions to this rule. If you manage a lot of doors and you would like to give a marketing or maintenance manager the ability to assist you, or if you are a landlord who owns multiple LLCs and must track financials for multiple business entities, you will want to graduate to a Rentec PM account.
