Rentec has a robust knowledge base designed to get you the answers you need quickly. The knowledge base can be accessed anywhere in Rentec’s Property Management Software. It’s simple to use, just find “need help” in the top right hand corner of any page of the software and you will be directed to the knowledge base. Once in the knowledge base you can scan the page by subject matter (Tenant Screening, Getting Started, Marketing, Etc) or use the search bar and type in the specific subject matter you have a query about. It’s quite comprehensive and easy to navigate. Once you find the topic of interest you will be given a complete tutorial, either written or video on how to use the feature in question.
Rentec’s software is easy to use and intuitive but there is a lot to it and to get the most out of the software it is wise to explore all of the ever increasing features that are available to you as part of your subscription. While in the knowledge base subscribers can also click “give feedback” and request or vote on features that they would find useful that aren’t yet incorporated into the software. The software is always improving as our developers diligently work away at our most popularly requested features.
