Once a month, you will find Janell and Kathryn from Rentec Direct, available live to answer questions and show you tips and tricks for working within your property management software.
General topics will be determined prior to the live webinar date, but the actual content of each webinar will be determined by you during the event.

Attendees can email their questions before the webinar begins, or ask them during the webinar through the private messaging tool. And if you enjoy the spotlight, there will be options of joining in live. Or simply sit back and listen to what your peers have to say.
How to ask a question during a Coffee Break Webinar
During the webinar you have three options to ask questions or provide feedback live:
- Ask a question with the Question chat tool
- Share your audio and ask a question live to the webinar group
- Share your screen and webcam with the webinar attendees to ask your question in person
Any of the options above work great! At the beginning of each webinar, Janell or Kathryn will give you a brief rundown of how to use the tools for asking questions during the event.
