A new update has been introduced to the Owner Portal allowing property owners to access its features on a variety of devices, from the desktop computer to the mobile phone. This new mobile friendly design automatically adjusts to whatever screen size the owner is using, providing access to the full set of features on the go.
The Owner Portal allows a property manager to provide their owners with an online account to view real time property performance. Owners can see simplified data of overall property performance. Each owner is given a unique login to view a personalized online account that only displays information relevant to their properties. The new mobile ready Owner Portal enhances your ability to communicate with owners regarding their choice of mobile or desktop connectivity.
The standard wide screen format remains largely unchanged, though some additional filtering and selection criteria controls have been added.
The same screen, when viewed on a mobile phone or a tablet in portrait mode, automatically adjusts its layout to ensure all features are accessible. The new layout uses the standard mobile menu icon, at top right, to access drop-down menu items.
In the mobile view, file attachments continue to be accessible. Each particular device will handle attachments according to what software it has installed. For example, some will download an Adobe Acrobat file to local storage if they do not have Adobe Reader or a compatible viewer installed. Most modern hand-held devices, however, will view the file onscreen.
