Never miss out on New Features and Enhancements that can help you manage rentals more efficiently. The “What’s New” hub provides landlords and property managers with a centralized place to view “New” Enhancements and Feature releases, identifying those you haven’t seen.
Insider tips for unique features:
- Upon logging in to the software, a list of New Features and/or Enhancements will be displayed, with a quick link to learn more.
- Viewing the feature article removes its “New” status, but you can easily access it again by scrolling down the list of features.
- An easily accessible “What’s New” link has been added to the Quicklinks section of the software’s Summary page.
- Easily manage the What’s New data displayed with the new Admin setting in Utilities
- More good news: System Updates and News & Tips will still be available on the software’s Summary page

Soon, you can choose from two primary login methods for your rental property management.
- Use your existing Username and Password with 2FA
OR - The brand new Passwordless Passkey
This powerful feature minimizes login friction for your whole team while continuing to provide superior protection for sensitive data, ensuring the safety of tenant records, financial information, and all related documents.
Remodeled Bank Account Page: Mobile-Friendly & Efficient
The newly redesigned bank account page provides two changes designed to optimize your convenience.
- Redesigns the Edit Bank Account page
- Moving the Bank address and Check Printing options from the edit account section to the Print Check dialogue box, freeing up more space on the Edit Bank Account page.
- Updated page alignment, allowing more space for larger text boxes and a more mobile-friendly design.
- Enhances the Print check dialogue box for easy management of check printing options.
- Set print check preference as needed when creating a check
- When using blank stock, conveniently add the bank information while creating a check. (Bank information will automatically be saved for future checks)
New Form Importing Tool: Harnessing the Power of AI
