As soon as you receive notice that a property will become available, you can begin marketing the vacancy while clearly displaying its future availability date to prospective renters.

Protecting account access is an important part of managing rental properties. That’s why Rentec Direct is introducing a more secure login experience for tenants, owners, managers, and subusers. When enabling tenant and owner portals or adding new users to your account, you can send a secure, one-time login link that allows users to create their own password.
Benefits include:
- New option to email a one-time login link to managers and users added to your account
- Allow users to securely create their own password without sending passwords through email
- Improve account security by automatically signing users out of other devices after a password change
- Give users control over their account access with the ability to log out of all active sessions
This enhancement will also include updates to the customizable message template, providing one-time login information and links to download Rentec Direct mobile apps for tenants, owners, managers, and users.
