Once your account has been upgraded to either Rentec Pro or PM it cannot be downgraded to Starter.
Tenant ACH payments (aka e-checks or bank draft) are free for Rentec Pro and PM subscribers. For Rentec Starter Edition, ACH payments cost $2 per transaction. Credit card payments are also available, and are typically paid by the tenant. Rentec Pro and PM also offer a nationwide cash payment network which allows tenants to pay rent with cash at over 20,000 locations.
