Customer service is amazing. The system has some things that causes us to have much more work than needed. Need to have a portal for maint. persons so they can edit work orders, close them and not see other financials. Need to separate recurring fees for rent and late fees. If rent is paid in full but there are other balances on the account a manager should be able to have a balance such as a pet fee, eletric fee, repairs that a tenant needs to pay over time not incur a daily late charge. The system should only charge late fees on unpaid rent or a manager should be able to check something off that says if this charge isn't paid in full by the due date does it get a daily late fee. So these daily late fees once they are on the account we have to go in an delete them. They don't stop and then delete over and over. I have actually many more. I like the portal and so do my tenants but the complaints from many are the late fees. I really think these issues need rethinking. If I had known prior I don't think I would have signed up. Another great feature is an app to have on the phone. The price is reasonable but so is tenant cloud and others out there. I really don't think an owner or manager would mind paying more to have these features fine tuned. Again customer service is superior to any other program I have ever been with.
