You Can Accept Tenant ACH and CC Payments

Collecting rent from your tenants just got a whole lot easier! Automated ACH and Credit Card payments eliminate late payments and promote long term tenants.

Forget the hassle of receiving, processing, and depositing checks. No more late tenant payments either! With ACH processing, this process becomes completely automated.

The utility companies use this system to let their customers automatically pay their bills, as do most banks for loans and credit cards. Now you can make use of the exact same system to collect rent.

How Tenant ACH Payments Work

Step 1: Tenant provides you authorization to debit their checking or savings account.
Step 2: Tenant or Landlord specifies either a recurring cycle or single one-time payment via an easy to use online management interface.
Step 3: The system takes care of the rest. The funds are automatically debited from the tenant's checking or savings account, and deposited into your account.

It's as simple as that! As the landlord you can quickly update or cancel any upcoming ACH transaction. Also, the tenant (at your discretion) can login via the tenant portal to adjust or stop the automatic payments. You get automated email notifications to inform you which transactions processed and which, if any, may have failed.

You can also easily accept credit card payments through your property management website at ultra low rates. Private landlords and professional property managers are approved with a simple application process.

Our EasyPay FAQ covers most of the commonly asked ACH questions.

OK - So what does ACH cost?

It seems like this would be cost prohibitive for all but the largest property managers, right? Guess what? It's totally affordable! Through our banking relationships, Rentec Direct makes this affordable whether you are a landlord with a handful of properties or a manager with thousands.

We keep it simple with flat-rate pricing. With an EasyPay merchant account, ACH transactions cost $0.50 each and credit cards are 2.75% of the transaction. You can pay the fees or pass them along to your tenant. See full details at our pricing page.
