How and where do you enter late fees ,court costs,and utility bills to be colected from tenants?

Hello John,
You can post expenses directly to a tenant by clicking the ‘Tenants’ tab, and then right clicking and choosing post expense, or just click the red dollar sign on the right.
To setup an automated late fee for a tenant, you can edit the tenant and specify a late fee and how many grace days they have, and the system will then automatically post late charges as appropriate.
