Setting up a merchant account with Rentec Direct is very easy. We’ve taken all the steps to integrate with the banking system, ACH transaction network, and credit card processors. To get setup follow these steps:
- Visit Setting, Setup EasyPay. If you are already setup with EasyPay you will have a link to the new application at the bottom of the page. Click the link to download the application. If you have not previously setup with EasyPay there will be a link available to download the application.
- Download and complete the application packet and return it, along with any requested supporting documentation, via fax to Rentec Direct.
- The merchant setup process typically takes 7 – 14 days. Once approved, visit Merchant Account Setup Part 2 to complete your setup.

- ACH and CC transactions fund to your bank account much faster (3-5 days vs 7-12)
- ACH transactions reduce in cost from $2.00 down to $0.75 each.
- CC transactions are reduced in cost from 5% to 2.5%
- You can transmit funds disbursements to owners directly through the ACH system
