How do I delete or edit a transaction for tenants, properties, or accounts?
This example will illustrate how to edit a transaction for a tenant. The same principal applies for properties and bank accounts. Just visit the appropriate tab in the software and follow the same directions.
1. First, open up your Tenants tab, and click the tenant balance (highlighted in red in the image).
2. Now select the transaction you wish to edit it. Moving your mouse over it will highlight the transaction. From here you can either click the edit icon on the right, or right-click on the line, and choose ‘Edit Transaction’ as the example below shows.
3. You will be presented with the edit transaction screen as seen below. Edit any of the values you wish, and click the ‘Edit Transaction’ button. You may also delete this transaction from the system by selecting the Delete button.
