How to Process an Owner Disbursement
You can easily pay an owner disbursement to one, multiple, or all owners in your portfolio at the same time.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click Owners
- Click Pay All Owners at the top of the page
- Select one, multiple, or the box at the top of the column to select all owners
- The Payment Type and Amount Due will automatically populate and can be changed if needed
- Click Pay Owners
That’s it! The disbursement will automatically appear on the ledger. Owners with portal access can see the issued payment, and owners receiving ACH payments will automatically receive an email notification.
