As a Rentec PM, PRO and Association members, you are able to use your Rentec Email Notification system to automatically send four different emails to your tenants.  Below you will see the four types of emails you can have the system automatically send your tenants.

To toggle these email options for each tenant, head to the Tenant tab, right click on the tenant’s name, select Edit Tenant, and then 1/2 way down the tenant information page, on the right side, you will see a box to check for Email Notifications.    Once you click on “Edit”, you will be given the option of which notices you wish this tenant to receive.


To customize the standard email templates, head to your Settings tab, and select Email Templates.  From here, you are able to customize the auto-emails that are sent out to your tenants with your own text and selected fields.  Be sure to take note of the Database Fields by hovering over the blue question mark, as it explains how you are able to have the program insert first and last names of your tenants, the transaction amount and their ledger balance by simply clicking on those specific fields in the body of the email.
