Rentec Direct can provide, through an exclusive merchant partner, competitive ACH and Credit Card processing through your own merchant account. There are no complicated machines or programs to learn because it is all tied directly into Rentec Direct. With a merchant account you receive all the benefits of Rentec EasyPay but with even lower pricing, faster transactions, and more options.

What this means?

Having a merchant account tied to your Rentec EasyPay account means the funds collected from tenants go directly from the tenant's account to your account. No middle-man, which means faster transactions.

ACH Transactions typically clear in 3-5 business days, and deposit into your account within 5-7 business days. Credit card transactions clear immediately and post to your account in 1-3 business days.

It gets better. Unlike traditional EasyPay where a tenant must return Rentec's pre-defined authorization form via fax or email to Rentec in order to be authorized, you are in control of this process when you have your own merchant account. You can provide and process your own authorization forms. It's then as simple as entering the tenant's account info into the system.

It gets even better! Property managers setup with a merchant account and send funds to owners. With a click funds can be transferred via ACH from your account to the owner's account without the need to cut a check.

If you haven't already, setup a property management account with Rentec Direct by clicking Sign Up in the top right of this page. Then visit Settings, Setup EasyPay. Review and return the merchant application. We'll have you up and running in just a few short days.
