A landlord can mitigate this potential complaint by conducting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/important-inspections-for-your-rental-property\/\">pre-move out inspection<\/a> and providing a handout of how much it will cost to clean or replace property features if the tenant doesn\u2019t fix the issue himself. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My landlord is making me get rid of my dog because he bit a couple people but it didn\u2019t even break the skin.
