Simply hover your mouse over a tenant&#8217;s name and a handy popup tooltip on the master list provides an easy quick reference. \u00a0You will also find links to send an email or text message with in the popup. \u00a0Previously, to view the contact information for a renter, vendor, owner or manager, it was necessary to enter their respective edit page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4756\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tooltips.png\" alt=\"Easy Reference Tooltip\" width=\"431\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tooltips.png 431w, https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tooltips-300x116.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 431px) 100vw, 431px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you will see the same feature on the Summary page when you first log into your account. If a renter has a payment past due or other event, you can easily\u00a0bring up the contact details without leaving the page.
