Since it&#8217;s latest update, our development team has been hard at work to provide additional enhancements based on feedback from users just like you!<\/p>\n<p>The Forms Editor allows users to create templates that will be populated with information at a later time. \u00a0You can use the <a href=\"http:\/\/support.rentecdirect.com\/knowledgebase\/articles\/786573-forms-template-tool\">Forms Editor to create a document<\/a> with data fields that will automatically pull relevant tenant or property information and input them into the form for you to provide to your tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to your input we are happy to announce the addition of even more form functionality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Users can now access the following functions in the forms editor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send a form to a tenant or owner via email<\/li>\n<li>Any form can be sent through DocuSign for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/2015\/03\/send-and-sign-lease-agreements-online-new-feature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">certified electronic signature<\/a>\u00a0( in the past, only leases could be sent via DocuSign)<\/li>\n<li>Property Managers can send forms through DocuSign to Owners<\/li>\n<li>Owners have access to a\u00a0file library through the Owner Portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To send a form via email, with the appropriate fields completed from the data in the tenant or owner\u00a0records, select Forms from the Tenant or Owner popup menu. On the Forms page, below the template\u00a0selector, choose the delivery option.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4173\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/FormSendPage-600x404.png\" alt=\"Send Form via Docusign or Email\" width=\"600\" height=\"404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/FormSendPage-600x404.png 600w, https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/FormSendPage-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/FormSendPage-768x517.png 768w, https:\/\/www.rentecdirect.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/FormSendPage.png 862w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional updates and changes to the system include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new form field named &#8220;DocuSign Initials&#8221; allows DocuSign to request the signer&#8217;s initials at various points throughout the form.<\/li>\n<li>In the Form template editor, a\u00a0Page Break\u00a0field has been added to the drop-down fields selector. You can now control exactly where your form content will skip to the next page.
