In June we posted an update that you can print invoices and receipts<\/a>.\u00a0 Since then we’ve received some feedback that it would be great to customize some aspects of the invoice.\u00a0 The message printed at the bottom in particular.<\/p>\n

We’ve added new functionality within the Settings menus to let Rentec users edit the message.\u00a0 Simply visit the Settings <\/em>tab, click on the new <\/strong>Accounting Defaults<\/em> option, and edit the option you see in the screenshot below.\u00a0 By default it will say ‘Thank You’; however, you can add any text you like to print on all invoices up to 200 characters.\"inv_message\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Of note, to keep the interface clean, we’ve split up the Default Settings<\/em> pages into two unique categories.\u00a0 When you click on the Settings <\/em>tab you will now see a new option called Accounting Defaults<\/em>.\u00a0 All program defaults that had to do with accounting functions have been moved into their own section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
