Good communication in property maintenance assures tenants that their concerns are a priority and property owners that maintenance and repairs are being addressed promptly to mitigate damages while fostering trust and transparency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rentec Direct recognizes the importance of clear communication regarding property maintenance and equips each landlord and property manager with the tools to communicate directly with tenants, vendors, and owners through each work order. This new enhancement allows you to include a copy of the work order in emails to tenants and owners as well.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, you can simply remove the work order from emails to vendors by unchecking the <strong><em>Attach Work Order<\/em><\/strong> box.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplified File Selection\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Easily choose the specific files you want to attach to your work order emails.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When selecting a file to attach to a work order email message, check the <strong><em>Work Order<\/em><\/strong> box to view only files associated with the work order. Uncheck the box to select from all files.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New Owner Message Templates<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access new customizable templates for messaging owners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This new enhancement provides customizable message templates for owners, with the same easy formatting options, ensuring accurate information and saving you time. You can now use customizable templates for owners, vendors, and tenants.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include private and\/or shared notes\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A new dropdown next to the <strong><em>Attach Work Order<\/em><\/strong> box reveals selectors to include work order notes in the message.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preview Work Order Report option<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Easily review your work order report before emailing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new <strong><em>Preview Work Order Report<\/em><\/strong> button allows you to review the report, including notes you\u2019ve selected before sending, allowing you to make any necessary changes to relay your intended message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These enhancements provide a more flexible, robust maintenance management messaging system.
