It\u2019s no secret that your Development Team works hard on big feature updates and major enhancements–particularly those highly requested features. That said, the behind-the-scenes smaller software updates and issue fixes are vital to ensure your experience with the software is a great one. The developers work closely with the Client Success Team and our clients to find out what fixes and enhancements need to be done in order to make the software better and more efficient for you.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In-house, the team refers to smaller updates as a bug fix, QuickFix, HotFix, or issue report, and large updates as Features or Enhancements. We know you are busy, so we won\u2019t report every tiny fix or update to you; nonetheless, you can be assured that the development team is always hard at work improving the software for your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n
