In response to requests by Rentec Direct clients just like you, the email functions within the software have been enhanced with an exciting new feature: you can now easily attach files to outgoing emails.
Rentec Direct gives property managers and landlords simple solutions for creating and sending emails out to tenants, owners or vendors. Rentec Direct clients use the software’s email features to notify tenants about overdue charges, upcoming inspections, work order detail forms and to provide reports and notices to owners.
When sending emails from the Rentec Direct platform, you can now upload files from your hard drive or select them from your file library. This feature is similar to those you find in Gmail or Outlook. Now, Rentec Direct supports the function too!
After sending is complete, emails with attachments will be indicated by a small blue paperclip on the envelope in the email history list. You can review the email and its attachments by clicking on the row.
This new feature works in the regular email form as well as the group email form, giving you the ability to easily send documents and other files to a number of recipients.
