I am a new investor just beginning to build a small portfolio of rental properties. I an evaluating what management software I will use. 3 questions.

1. Are mortgage payments entered as “expenses” on your software?
2. Does your software allow itemization for mortage interest payments?
3. Do you have online rent pay yet?
4. If there a place to enter property value and mortgage balance, thus showing the equity in each property and the equity in the property portfolio as a whole?
