We’ve updated our web presence! When you visit http://www.rentecdirect.com you will now notice our newly revised site. We’ve focused more on usability, design, and information display and less on wordiness.

A big thank you goes out to the team that created the design, graphics, and layout for this dramatic new look.

New Rentec Product Demo Video Online

We’ve produced a new product demonstration video showing off the features and power of Rentec Direct in just a few minutes. If you haven’t already looked through any of our product demos, this video gives a quick glance into the power, ease, and flexibility of Rentec Direct. The video will quickly go through many of the highly used features of Rentec Direct, including: adding a new property, moving in a tenant, handling and tracking deposits, posting payments and attachments, reports, and settings.

New Signups are Now Instant

Signups for Rentec Free Property Management Software have been consistently growing daily. While it used to be possible for us to individually review every new applicant, those days are behind us. New signups are signed up immediately now and given access as soon as they confirm by email. We do still review all signup data to ensure nobody’s gaming the system though.

While this isn’t a major feature for existing customers, it’s great to know because it does free up our staff for more programming for adding lots of great new features to Rentec Free.
