You can post expenses directly to a tenant by clicking the &#039;Tenants&#039; tab, and then right clicking and choosing post expense, or just click the red dollar sign on the right.

To setup an automated late fee for a tenant, you can edit the tenant and specify a late fee and how many grace days they have, and the system will then automatically post late charges as appropriate.</description>
